What is A Collective?

Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard. Welcome to Synergy Collectives — where we create intentional, welcoming spaces for people to connect, explore, and actually enjoy meeting new people who enjoy the same things or who are in the same stage of life. No awkward networking. No forced small talk. Just real connections, built through facilitated and shared experiences.
WHAT IT IS NOT:A high-pressure corporate networking mixer.A singles night or a dating event.An awkward, unstructured standing happy hour.An elite, gatekept mastermind.

Each collective is designed for specific groups of people with similar interests or in a similar stage of life. Find the one that fits you and click on it for more information about planned events.

Most people come alone. That’s the point. You may come alone BUT you will leave with new friends that you will be able to connect with more deeply each time the collective meets.
Every event is designed and facilitated to bring people together to create lasting friendships and make conversations feel easy and genuine.
